Just for laughs.

Today, I'd like to blog about Rachel, the semi pro-est (as we all know it) and not forgetting Mark, the pro-est.

Rachel - 30%, Mark - 24%, Myself - 39%, Intan - 60%, Nina - 30%
Alright, now we shall compare our answers. Ahahahaha. Some of it is gonna be real funny, seriously. :b

Okay, so let's start off with Rachel first.

Difference - An Internet is a net inside and Intranet is a net outside.

Similarity - They are both nets.

Scanning is much faster than typing.

i. Through trojan horses.

6.) What is the difference between a computer virus and a worm?

A worm is a much more skilled killer than the computer virus.

Vertical divider.

Difference - The way they are spelled.

Similarity - Both words have 'net' at the end of them.

A computer virus is an electronic device which can harm our computer but a worm is a living organism.

a) To divide the document vertically.

Text and paragraph formatting.

The mailing cost would be cheaper because we are sending two different datas as one.

5.) These questions are based on presentation programs.

a) Presentations can be saved using different file formats. Write down how the presentation will be save using these file formats.

PowerPoint show - In slides.

Outline / RTF - Saved with a line surrounding them.

Windows Metafile - The file would be as hard as metal.

b) What is a 'Master slide'?

The slide which is incharge of all the other slides, usually the oldest.

e) Write down an advantage and a disadvantage of a computerised database.

Advantage - It would be easier to manage.

Disadvantage - If you did not make a copy of the date, and your computer is harmed, you might lose your data.



Then, Myself.

Difference - The internet is a wide area connection whereas an Intranet is a small area connection. (

Similarity - Both are from the same network.

When having faced with a computer virus, only reinstalling the computer will make it work properly again whereas worms can just be deleted by a safe anti-virus program.

It's done in perfect format, and provides a neat finish.

a) PowerPoint show - Press the save button, or the 'x' button and choose save.

Outline / RTF - Save first then close.

Windows Metafile - Save first then close.

b) What is a 'Master slide'?

The key of presentation. The main thing.

e) Write down an advantage and a disadvantage of a computerised database.

Advantage - It is more neat and organised.

Disadvantage - We might lose some files along the process.
